hung parliament
Where is the problem with a hung parliament? Quite a few countries in Europe seem to get along fine with them, only they call them coalitions. Even in our own Scottish parliament we have them. The present Westminster system leads to one party doing what it likes for 5-10 years or more (strong government) only to have it undone by the next lot. Surely some agreement in passing legisation instead of 'pushing it through' would help.
