i was watching the second of the election 'debates' on thursday.on the question re europe david cameron said someting like,in europe but not run by europe. the same could be said re scotland and the u.k.in the u.k. but run by the u.k.similar to that of the scandinavian coutries.alas however scotlands voice was not at the debate.
